      Snapshot issue

Would it be possible for the solution to be posted here as I also have to upgrade a few of my clients and would like to know how to fix it if it occurs again.

        Hi there

All I did was I opened up the ActinicCatalog.mdb (located in the site1 folder) for the site in Access, and went to Tools | Compact and Repair Database.

Opened up Actinic, then I was able to export a snapshot with no errors, and also import the snapshot - again with no errors.

        Hope that helps you out.

          Cheers James,

Didn't think to do the compact and repair in access as i did the compact database in actinic, thinking that would do it but to no avail.

Thanks, i'll know what to do now if I get it in the future.

              Hi Barrie,

Once thing to check is that when you are taking a snapshot, please can you make sure you have not highlighted a fragment. Highlight a product, then take a snapshot.
              Please could you check this.

              Kind Regards
