    How to move orders from pending to completed?

    I have several orders which seem to be stuck in the pending stage even though payment has been accepted and a despatch e-mail has been sent. Is there any way to manually complete these orders, or any way to remove them from the pending screen?

    For an order to complete you have to:

    - print out the packing list
    - ship (or cancel) all the products
    - print out the invoice
    - have no payment outstanding

      No go....

      Mike,

      Thanks for the reply. I've tried reprinting and e-mailing in the order you've listed.....still pending. Is there a manual setting somewhere I might be missing?

        The one that often catches people out is the payments. Check under 'progress and payments', does it say 'Full payment received' ?

        There is occasionally a problem with orders where something gets corrupted in the database and it just won't move. Usually though it's something else.

          Hi Austin,
          Open the order, click the Progress & Payments Tab, click View Payments then click New Entry. This will mark the order as paid, so it should go to the Completed orders section.
