    Add to cart problem

I am having problems with my add to cart feature. When you click the button it goes to /cgi-bin/ca000013.pl then there is a blank white page or I receive this error:

    A General Script Error Occurred

    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Error: Error opening configuration file ../acatalog/A000245.cat. No such file or directory

Take a look if you have to:

I had a quick look on your site.

If you look at the menu, the contact pages and other URLs are wrong.

I think you have your path settings wrong.

Could you give us a username and password to log on to your site with?

          Thanks.

When I click 'Add to Cart' I just get a blank screen.

Have you made any customisations to the Perl scripts? If so I suggest copying an original (untouched) copy of the Actinic Perl scripts from the 'Original' folder into your 'Site1' folder and then refreshing the site.

The only customization was to bb000013.pl using a script to redirect to a different page after loggin in. I did as you suggested with the .pl files from the Originals folder and did a full refresh and am still receiving the same problem a blank screen.

                Any other suggestions.

I suggest you register a email support query at http://www.actinic.co.uk/support/register.html as I think someone will need to look at your snapshot.
