Hi everyone,
It's Friday night before a bank holiday and late this afternoon I encountered a problem with Actinic. I was using another program (Paint Shop Pro) and it froze; Actinic was open in the background and that froze as well. Had to reboot the machine.
Tonight I tried to open Actinic back up but got the following message:-
"Catalog - Internet Sales Application has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience."
I have tried a few times but still get the same error message.
Could anybody help me please? I am desperate - I am presuming that Support aren't open until Tuesday morning and I need to access my catalogue before then. I have backed my Site1 folder up to another machine (which doesn't currently have Actinic installed) although presumably this will be the same 'un-openable' copy as I currently have on my machine!
