Introducing the SellerDeck Support Centre
If you have SellerDeck cover or are using a SellerDeck service such as Payments or Hosting you will be able to access the new support centre. Our goal is to provide you with a faster and more efficient support service.
With the SellerDeck support centre, you can now raise support tickets online 24/7 and check the status of your support tickets without having to phone into support. You can also post updates to your tickets, attach files and even record a video of the problem you are experiencing!
How to access the new support centre:
1) Go to the following Web Page:
https://support.sellerdeck.co.uk/home
2) Click "Login" in the top right corner of the browser window.
3) Enter your support centre email address and password which you may have been emailed earlier this month.
If you have any problems logging into your account, or wish to add more email addresses to your account, see the support centre FAQ:

All email addresses linked to your account will share the same password.
Improved Remote Access
Our customers have been asking for better remote desktop support from SellerDeck, and we have finally delivered. We are now using new remote desktop software which is integrated into our new support centre. We believe in some situations, remote support can be much faster saving you time.
