          No good if delivery on some items is different to others though, heavy versus light etc. Good to see it can be used on both though. You could even go one step further and link it to the product weight as that can signify the weight method and thus the delivery schedule.

            We ship by either (up to 1kg) RM First Class Post or (heavier) City Link, both of which are (should be!) 'Next Day' - our heavier items do not therefore take any longer.

            The script includes the facility to have a cut-off time, so if an order is placed after 3pm it adds a day to be on the safe side.

            We also say 'some exceptions may apply'. But basically we're hoping it will stop people telephoning to see how long delivery takes.

            Also, at the time of posting, we're a bit pressed so I've added a day to the schedule as well. The panel currently says Tuesday - in fact today's orders will be there Monday. Under promise, over deliver!

                        This will be an interesting part, if you notice any difference, please let us know, i think it's a great idea either your way or Donna's and should be landing in the AUG (aka the 'Rouxel') IMO.

                                Same for us Paul. Especially on our cotton bunting brand. We're hoping it reduces calls re 'can you get it to me by 'xx'?' and helps those who don't phone, order. We have an FAQ section and a delivery section but they still call!

                                Our best queries though are:

                                I'm having a marquee at my wedding. How much bunting do you think I need? Classic Dx
