Am i the only person that has this problem, or is it common.

Because it seems strange that actinic would set up their templates to do this.

Any other bright ideas would be appreciated.

You where right, but not the right line, it was further down on 101

Tbh I think this is a bug in the wizard and you should postbis as such. You are right in saying that if you select a background image it should be not really be applied to the center col or the wizard should allow it to be set as it foes the left and right col
