    Unfortunately it doesn't work. I get the following:

    "No such user (or invalid password...)

    Please wait for your browser to forward you to the next page or click here. "

        It's worked upteen times for me and never failed so IMO it's clearly something you are doing wrong. I don't think asking for further ideas is the solution, trying to ascertain what you are doing wrong is probably much better. Perhaps you could explain and show some screenshots, sure one of us will spot the problem.

          Hi Lee,

          I have tried what Duncan suggested at the end of what I already have: <actinic:variable name="LogoutSimple" /> (attached screenshot - logout2)

          as well as his original suggestion: <a href="<actinic:variable name="LoginPageURL" />" ><actinic:variable name="LoginText" /></a><actinic:variable name="LogoutSimple" />
          <Actinic:WELCOME/>
          (attached screenshot - logout3)

          With these there's no problems logging in. But once logged in no logout button appears so customers don't have the option of being able to logout. I've tried this in IE8, Firefox 3.6 and Chrome8 (attached screenshot for firefox - logout).

          I have also tried yours: <div align="center"><Actinic:NOWSERVING/><Actinic:CURRACCOUNT/><Actinic:LOGOUT_SIMPLE/></div> but with yours my login disappears as well.

          I'm fairly certain you're right and it is because I'm doing something wrong but the frustration is that I can't see it!!

          Many thanks...Paul
