Splitting your product list (TLS) into sections...

There was a previous post on the above topic, which subsequently is not available in it's entirety anymore giving a detailed explanation of how to create more than one Product list at Navigation page ie under different headers.

So, does anyone have a method to do the following in the side Navigation bar, place more than one Header with relevant sections under it,ie,
Ink Cartridges
Brother
Epson
HP

Toner Cartridges
Brother
Epson
HP
