We're having ongoing problems with Secure Trading in some of the transactions in that the payment is successful, the customer sees successful.html.
BUT, the callback is giving Actinic the wrong transaction code and the order ends up in PSP Pending as failed. This is happening on about 2 out of 500 orders per week.
Does anyone else see this fault or is there any way of seeing the transaction code that was received by Actinic when the transaction went through?
Or is it just a Secure Trading problem? They don't seem to want to solve it for us.
