    More Secure Trading problems

    We're having ongoing problems with Secure Trading in some of the transactions in that the payment is successful, the customer sees successful.html.
    BUT, the callback is giving Actinic the wrong transaction code and the order ends up in PSP Pending as failed. This is happening on about 2 out of 500 orders per week.

    Does anyone else see this fault or is there any way of seeing the transaction code that was received by Actinic when the transaction went through?

    Or is it just a Secure Trading problem? They don't seem to want to solve it for us.

    Hmm

    On further investigation we have had some diag done by Secure Trading into the failed (successful) transcations and the results come back that the connection to the server hosting the webshop is not as reliable as we would like it:

    ATTEMPTING CALLBACK TO : [shop URL]
    [trans No]: Process.cgi - CALLBACK ERROR EXC(socket.error101, 'Network is unreachable'))

    Whereas it should look like:

    ATTEMPTING CALLBACK TO : [shop URL]
    Response Code: 200
    Headers: Content-Length: 1
    Error Message: OK
    [trans No]: CALLBACK FINISHED

    So it's off to our hosting company...
