    Protx and Pre-Authorised

    I only use the 'Deferred' transaction type. From 18 September my actinic software (v8.5.0) has received the 'pre-authorised' transaction type from Protx (previously I received ‘Full Payment Received’).

    I didn't make any changes and Protx, as usual, claims that it is an Actinic issue. The transaction is still shown as 'Deferred' on all Protx screens and I am not even set up for the 'pre-authorised' transaction type.
    This creates an extra and unnecessary step in processing orders. Has this happened to anyone else? Any suggestions?

      Thank you for the link. It seems that we will have to wait for 8.5.2 and that it is still likely to lead to an extra step in order processing.
