I only use the 'Deferred' transaction type. From 18 September my actinic software (v8.5.0) has received the 'pre-authorised' transaction type from Protx (previously I received ‘Full Payment Received’).
I didn't make any changes and Protx, as usual, claims that it is an Actinic issue. The transaction is still shown as 'Deferred' on all Protx screens and I am not even set up for the 'pre-authorised' transaction type.
This creates an extra and unnecessary step in processing orders. Has this happened to anyone else? Any suggestions?
