It seems some of the recent modifications made to your site have broken the css layout. All the checkout pages are affected and, if you check with Firefox, you will notice that the changes have also affected the all the product pages as well.
I would suggest that the css widths etc are checked, something seems too wide to fit into it's parent - the center layout including the checkout pages are correctly sized to suit the original layout so shouldn't need altering.
You could also check to make sure some of the LHS and RHS images are not pushing the div widths out.
