They are just as good as HSBC - they use the same virtual terminal so that will be familiar and another plus is that you can customise your payment pages which you cannot do with HSBC although you do pay £100pa for the link -
Anyone got a time logged for when HSBC started working again? It wasn't at 2200 BST last night but is now (0900). That must be a record down time, whatever time it came back up.Comment

I checked at 2am 31/03/2008 and it was still down, but this morning when I checked (at 8:30) it was back up and nothing appears to be lost from before Friday

Well im glad you guys are back up, to be honest that was worse than protx down time, but always have a second or third option
Paypal, Nochex something is better than nothing
As i said there always great until it go's wrong, mind you looks like the customer support leaves a little to be desired though as i get the feeling you guys were left in the dark
