A customer places an order (and enters another address instead of the card address). I contact them to explain the problem and then they forward the Card address.
1) how do I check the address again? Or does the customer have to enter the whole order again?
2) did anyone else have problems setting up 3D-Secure? My merchant account is with streamline.
I'm using 9.0.2 and Vista (what a combo!)
