    PayPal std payments

I had another report today from a customer that when he ordered and paid by PayPal he was returned back to the checkout page complete with his order still there.

His order & payment have come through okay.

My question is do I need to make any changes to my PayPal account.

I see that there is a section called 'Website Payment Preferences' my auto return is switched off?

Well if the problem has nothing to do with the way my PayPal account is set-up then is there anything else I should be looking at to fix this issue - has anyone experienced this problem before?

Not really, you post a thread at night and by mid morning your asking why no one has answered, most people on the forum have probably not even read it.

For a faster response your better contacting Actinic support

Bumping posts is rude and will not get any responce so it looks like you will have to pay for support.

I didn't realise bumping posts was so frowned upon on this site.

I'll contact support - thanks for your help.

you are far better off not bumping as actinic staff will look for threads with zero replies and reply - the normal time scale you would need to wait for this to happen is 48 hours.

Remember if no one replies it tends to be for 2 reasons

                    1 no-one knows the answer
2 the answer is already in the forum so you only need to search to find it

                    I hope this helps

Bumping is not something I would normally do, my impatience got the better of me I'm afraid, but I do see it happening all the time on other forums I frequent but it never gets mentioned - normally the moaning is about punctuation and spelling etc.

Anyway lesson learnt and it will not happen again.

                              Peace & Love.
