    Sage Pay

    Thanks for your post.

That's right, the closest folder I've got is CommonOCC, I've searched the whole folder structure and there's no upgrade ini at all. The version we use is 8.5.3 if this helps.

Perhaps you have the folder split, part in program files, part in my documents?

                Sage Pay Form Transaction Error

                Colin,
I have exactly the same problem. I did all the changes as advised earlier in this thread but I get a message on Sage Pay saying:

This transaction attempt has failed. We are unable to redirect you back to the web store from which you were purchasing. The details of the failure are given below.

To recap, I just upgraded to Acinic 8.5.3. Made the changes as given in this thread by watsy. Refreshed the sites. Tried to place an order on the live site and get the error.

Can anyone help? This must happen to everyone recently upgrading to 8.5.3?

Also note, when you click on the 'Business Settings'>'Payment Service Provider Configuration'>'Information and Registration' Button you get an error on the old Protx web site.

Just noticed that the file OCCPROTXScriptTemplate.pl still has references to the old protx web site addreses. Shouldn't this also be changed?

I fixed my problem - I forgot that upgrading Actinic overwrites the original OCCPROTXScriptTemplate.pl files so you need to edit these to include your sage pay vendor info. Or just copy over the old pre-upgrade ones, seemed to work ok.

It still concerns me that there remains old Protx web site URLs in the OCCPROTXScriptTemplate.pl file, and these will URLs will eventually be retired.
