We've def. seen the number of telephone queries reduce over the past few months. We use AP and I think the queries would be further reduced if a similar statement to that used by PROTX was implement before the customer is thrown to 3d. Having paid for items which use PROTOX as their psp I think this statment really make you feel safe and would stop those that worried they were putting personal info into the system.
