    Thanks, that's good to know.

But the orders with actinic payments weren't getting the notification without the module installed, so not sure why it didn't fall back as it should have done?

I have asked our development team to verify the behaviour of Actinic Payments without the perl SSL libraries.

In case it is version specific can you tell me which version of Actinic you are using?

I am using v10.0.3LBIA and actinic payments were failing - however after the perl modules were installed it works fine as does paypal now.

        Thanks for the info!

          IPN issues at the moment?

is anyone else having issues with this at the moment?

Please check your server that handles PayPal Instant Payment Notifications
(IPN). Instant Payment Notifications sent to the following URL(s) are
          failing:

          http://www.xyz.co.uk/cgi-bin/os00000...POSTPROCESS=1&

If you do not recognize this URL, you may be using a service provider that
is using IPN on your behalf. Please contact your service provider with the
above information. If this problem continues, IPNs may be disabled for your
          account.

          thanks

I had the same issue a couple of weeks ago. Paypal payments were not downloading in to Actinic and orders stayed for ever in PSP pending tab. I tried all the fixes suggested on this forum e.g. editing perl scripts, changing settings in Paypal account, making sure all necessary perl modules are installed on our server and nothing happened. Neither Paypal, Actinic or our host could help. I was seriously considering taking Paypal off our website. After 6 days all went back to normal and Paypal started to work again. Why? I don't know!
