We've had this response from an Actinic Support guy - is this right? Or does the left hand not know what the right hand is doing?
Hi,
The errors shown in the online error log are as follows: -
'Program = ORDERSCR, Program version = 22270 , HTTP Server = Apache/2.2.3 (CentOS), Return code = 999, Date and Time = 2010/09/29 09:39, Internal Errors = CallPlugInScript, execute: Modification of non-creatable array value attempted, subscript -15 at sc000001.pm line 616.'
This means that the script is receiving the wrong size of value for encryption.
Do you know if the hosting company has the following installed on the server? : -
Net::SSL
this provides secure socket layer support for the server, and the software uses the crypto library within to generate the values above.
If the hosting company does not have this package installed on the server, then the software will attempt to use the Actinic supplied version of this package which I believe can sometimes cause this.
If the hosting company installs 'Net::SSL' on the server, the problem will go away.
Kind Regards
