Hi - our client runs actinic 8 and has been using Protx/SagePay for 2 years or so. Since Nov 5 they've been getting orders which Actinic records as PSP Pending, even though they've actually been successful. Nothing has changed on our end. I haven't worked much with Actinic in years but have had a look around in the business settings and it all looks fine. Is there anything I can be looking at before I go to the sagepay forums?
