Actinic Payments - Setting up

Hello,

I wanted to post this is the Payments but I don't appear to have the authority to do so...

I have all the relevant permissions and data now and I'm trying to set up Payments. I have followed the instructions and entered all the details. I made one mistake in one of the hash keys so I corrected that and refreshed the site, but in test mode transactions I still get this error: ekashu_hash_code

I'm certain the hash keys are now correct and the site has been refreshed so what else can I check?

Do you have a test account or are you trying to use your live account details for testing?
To test you will need test account details.

I guess I don't have a test account. I imagined that if my software is in Test mode then I could just do that - test it.

So you're saying that's not the case and I need a test account at the Payments end- how do I request that?

Or should I just switch the site to Production mode?

You can ask Actinic for a test account.

Why not switch to production mode and place a test order yourself?

Yes, I get through to the Payment page in which I add the CC details when it's in Production mode so I'll leave it at that.
