I may be wrong but I believe the ability to see the last 4 digits within Actinic was added in v10 so the video may be post v905.

I think that video is for V10 as Duncan has said.
I have V9.0.5 and have certainly never seen that.

thanks, beginning to understand now, although I think it's very misleading that the Actinic video doesn't not make it clear that if you have v9 what you see is different and not as good.

But I'm still not sure my system is working correctly.

I've just done a test telephone order - all seemed to go fine; card was processed but when I went back to Actinic the order is under the Pending Payment Provider and is still showing the balance as being outstanding. is that correct? Do I have to now add it manually?

Sorry for all the questions but I wnat to get this to work properly. And thanks for all the help you've all given me already.

You will need to click on 'Retrieve Orders' to download the payment.

Ok, now back to testing the add a new item part of the process. I've done this and the payment status is now showing as partially paid, but when I click on the Progress and Payments tab for this order, the "Pay" button is greyed out, but an outstanding balance is showing.

Try doing a new order, but don't cancel any lines. You've got an item showing as cancelled in that set up.

Ahh - another thought - did you press "Commit" to commit the payment?

Did you get an answer to this as i'm having the same problem with a Back Order?

On the Back Order I cannot take payment as the 'Pay' button is greyed out.
