Paypal Pre-Auth showing as Full Payment Received?
Hi,
I'm not new to Actinic but very new to Paypal in Actinic. I'm using Catalog Business 11. Here's the thing: I set up PP Express Checkout, with preauthorise transaction option. Set my API, all fine. Managed to put a transaction through, with paypal giving me option to void or commit the amount, so transaction pending as I requested. BUT - in Actinic the order goes straight to complete, payment shows as full payment received. View payments tab on order does not indicate that the payment was not yet taken. I've tried help and google but can't find an answer if
a. it's just the way it should be - if so, do I have to keep a separate list for all paypals and commit amounts directly accessing my paypal account once prepared for despatch, or
b. is there anything I should change in settings, and
c. can I commit/ void payment direct from Actinic?
