    Sellerdeck Payments: Not going back to site, no confirmation

    Hi all, For several weeks, SD Payments has been freezing on the payment complete screen, and not returning to my site.

    Then the email confirmation doesn't get sent, and I get a call to check the order.

    Its becoming time consuming.

    Anyone any ideas how I can try and fix this?

        Hi

        We had the same problem recently, support eventually came back with "The issue is due to corrupt auth codes being returned by RBS" and seems to have affected a few people.

          I'm getting this problem more and more frequently now, is there anyone with a fix?

          Each order now results in a follow-up phone call, which is wasting time

            It sounds to me like a problem that's specific to your set up as if everyone was having the same trouble there'd be a flood of complaints on the forum.

            So if you want help from the forum you're going to have to give us something to work on:

            - Did you run the network test?
            - Have you any error messages in your error log?

              All clear in the network test, but in the script error I see this...

                I'm not sure if those messages relate to the problem you're having or not.

                The best thing to do would be to log a support request from sellerdeck and get them to make a test purchase and see where the purchaser is being sent to the receipt page.

                  Hi Mike,

                  Its hard to replicate the error - I've placed different orders with different cards on different browsers, and it never hangs on me, it works perfectly.

                    Do any of the errors in the error log match up with customer orders?
