Had a new transaction that committed Today but we have transactions from yesterday that will not commit - these are direct shipped goods that the customers now have!
How embarrassing is it going to be to call them and explain this fiasco
I have the same problem! The payment is marked as "Pre-authorized (PSP)” but the "Commit" button is greyed out so I am unable to process the payment. What do I need to do to complete the order before it expires? Any help would be tremendously appreciated!

Thank you for your reply Ed. I did contact support, but they didn't get back to me yet. I'm worried that the payment pending will expire before we can process it. That's why I was wondering if there was something I could do to commit the transaction and charge the credit card.
