Sagepay and "Error initialising payment service"

I have just setup a sage pay account. I have started testing. I'm getting the error message "Error initialising payment service".

I have added 8 IP address's that link to my website.

I have contacted hosting company and got them to whitelist all the IP address's coming from Sagepay.

I have called Sagepay and they are saying that they are not even getting contact from my website or Sellerdeck so they can't do anything their side.

I'm starting to pull my hair out.

I've read all the other threads on how to fix this and nothing is working.

Can any of the developers help ?

Which version of SellerDeck are you using?

Which site is it for?

Where is it hosted?

Does the hosting have Crypt::SSLeay installed? If so, which version?

I will find out from hosting company about the version of Crypt::SSLeay installed

As far as I can see, the reason SagePay is not working is because the IP address for your website is

78.137.164.95

which is not listed in the list of IP addresses you provided (and I'm not sure why you've got so many listed?)
