Fatal Error when Changing Shipping Costs

Hi all,

I've just started using Actinic 9 again after a few years, and have started setting up the site. However, when I change the values in the Zone shipping table, the entire program grinds to a halt and has to be forced closed. It pops up and error claiming the values in the table duplicate others in the 'index' and then just crashes.

Anyone got a clue what I'm doing wrong? Should I uninstall and reinstall before I start putting ay more hours into it?

Don't bother, it's a known bug.
Only way round it is to create a new zone/class with the details you need and completely delete existing.
Happens in v9 and v10 (I think I even reproduced it in v8 actually)
Might be fixed in 10.0.3 but I don't know for certain.

has not been fixed in 10.0.3 - just had exactly that
