Am getting the following error when testing my network settings for 1st Actinic upload:
Settings for the two offending lines are:
catalog URL: http://www.<my URL>.co.uk/acatalog/
path from cgi-bin to acatalog ../acatalog/
I've ftp'd into the site via another program
and the cgi-bin and acatalog are at the same level which appears to be the root of the server:
e.g the folder list is:
acatalog
cgi-bin
htdocs
Rest of the test:
Actinic Mail Test completed successfully
server: passed
connection: passed
sockets: passed
communications: failed
authorisation: passed
have also got a prob with the email but will worry about that when this is sorted.
Have tried various permutations with the settings but am now just going around in circles [and getty very dizzy].
Any help very much appreciated.
Many thanks
Regards, Sharon
