We are using Actinic Catalog, Version 5 (5.1.4.0.0.33).
We have two printers; one recently ran out of ink, so we changed the print setup (within Reports/Order processing/Outstanding invoices/Printer setup) to use our other printer.
But since we tried to change the printer setup back, although both printers work from other applications, we cannot get into 'printer setup' for 'Outstanding invoices'. The button depresses, but nothing happens. (We can still get into printer setup for other reports).
So we have to do re-prints to get round the problem.
Has anyone experienced similar problems, or got any ideas?
