SMTP details

I have tried everything suggested. I am still waiting to hear from my web site hosting to see if they can suggest anything else. Actinic say that the web server smtp address is either specific to my site OR generic to my hosting company.
I am with 'Compila' is any one else here hosting with compila? If so what are your settings? Ive tried smtp.compila.com etc...

Embarassingly enough, It seems that after every network test (must have tried with over 20 different smtp suggestions) I had not been uploading the site! I really thought i had uploaded every time but obviously wasn't paying attention to this detail.

SO to any one in this situation go over every address again ... you MUST upload after every new test/smtp address idea!
