I have read through the threads on setting permissions etc. I have reset cgi-bin to 777 and stilll no joy. Am now getting very frustrated as I have double-checked everything and the ISP checked the settings and says they are correct. So what do I try next???

Thanks Jo, I got one step further using your settings (attached in web_settings.txt).
Now it is saying that the CGI-BIN URL is incorrect.
http://www.getupandgrow.ie/cgi-bin/

Any suggestions on what I might try next? please!Attached FilesLast edited by lizka; 18-Apr-2007, 10:43 AM. I deleted the .htaccess in the cgi-bin folder and that got me to my next error following entering the path to perl: /usr/bin/perl
An error occurred while sending an HTTP request to the web server. Perhaps your network is down or the web server is down. Try again or contact your network administrator or ISP to correct the situation.
I logged out of webshell, and server is definately up.
Any more suggestions please Jo
