Did you get your problem fixed?
I am running 3 actinic sites on my rackspace server and had probably every problem possible, I have got to the bottom of these now and can set them up fairly quickly now.
I've also got fasthosts hosting sorted now with actinic and can set them up quickly now as well, so if anybody needs a lift, let me know
