It is ticked
I have never altered this setting as my provider did it all for me
With regards to *.site.com
I noticed that but have no idea what that means as when you click on the twarte certificate and all is ok and relates to the correct company
none of the details in the network setup have been altered in the last several months
is there any reason why this is not working now

If you proceed to:
https://www.euroschools.co.uk/
and ignore the security warnings you eventually get taken through to the index page, which is just a default cpanel.net apache holding page.
Despite all of this I went through the checkout procedure and was never taken to secure pages whilst entering any address details and I was then offered PayPal as the payment method.

Why do you need SSL for customer details? (tell me your not collecting credit card details)

What happens to the customer details they put in i.e name, address and postcode, phone etc as we have the option to deliver the items to them - if I take the ssl off will they be secure for them to leave on the website ?
