Problem on 1and1 linux business plan

But then i went in to the 1and1 control panel and run a CGI output monitor there for the script. Below are the errors i got from there when tried to run ss000001.pl inside cgi-bin folder, it gave me the below errors
I do not know what to do, please let me know if am doing something wrong here.

The scripts are intended to be run from the web pages and not in this way, those errors are down to missing information

I thank you all guys for helping me getting it up. It seems to be working now. For anybody facing the same problem , i did the following steps

1) Cleared all files from cgi-bin and acatalogue
2) Went in to business settings -> Switch off the SSL box
3) Went in to web->update website

The catalogue started uploading and the site is getting back on track.
