Done my best with spf dmarc and dkim but it does seem the block is with sellerdeck hosting looking at the errors returning....losing a lot of sales with orders suspended
Support are just saying it "should" clesr through in a few days.....
for the spf: I remember when we had 365 we had access to the Plesk Control Panel...
do you have the same? = can login and check the DNS settings for the domain to check if they made the correct entry
also, if your domain is registered not with Sellerdeck, the DNS setting needs to be set at the domain too - we have ours set at Ionos (domain) & Hostit (hosting)
It seems sellerdeck hosting had issues Friday which prevented outgoing email reaching any Microsoft based email.
That resolved then yesterday the opposite, emails from Microsoft email accounts were rejected.
They have now done something that has fixed that.
My spf in my domain seems to be valid, it just seems there's way too many issues with sellerdeck not keeping pace.
Their hosting is not PCI compliant and it seems they have little interest in fixing it.
Yet again no Microsoft based email are getting through, costly problem, customers send emails and as far as they are concerned they are being ignored.
They get no rejected email notification.
My suppliers cannot get order info or invoices to me, sellerdeck are really dragging their heels on this,
I have hosting and support through sellerdeck in the hope to avoid this type of issue....
Thanks, the sending out seems ok now its incoming from Microsoft based email, worst part the sender doesn't get any fail notification, they just assume they are being ignored!
It's like sellerdeck are actively trying to get us to ekm or just go elsewhere.
