Please see below an update on Host005:
We have restored one of the backups we started last night, we are attempting to boot this server up now, however we do not know if this will be successful. In additition to this, we have two other backups in the process of being restored, however they could take several hours to complete.
If you wish to switch to another hosting server, please email support@sellerdeck.co.uk, or call the normal support line which is open until the issue is resolved on 0845 1294848.
To confirm, when the server is back up and running, it would be best to refresh your SellerDeck site, as the backup will most likely be days old at the minimum.
We are doing everything we can to resolve this issue, however we are having very serious issues trying to restore a backup of Host005. Moving to another server should be considered, however we must leave that decision to our customers.
