Maybe I have missed something but I need to send an email when an order has been dispatched so that the customer knows it has been sent. This facility is now standard with Ebay, Amazon etc and customers do expect, quite rightly to receive such information.
Can this be done in Actinic...

When a customer uses the contact us page on my website, they enter all the following details;
Name: *
Subject: *
Email Address: *
Message: *
The problem is I receive the emails from this form as if they were sent from the website email address....
