Yep I had seen that.... which is why I wish I could find a better cable provider as I'd love to move. In fact though I doubt if i reach their download limit for throttling

aaarrgghhh.. yes i do, I've been using DU meter since 4pm, I've clocked up 2gb upload, 675mb download - Network backups - CR*P i'll have to stop backing up between 4pm and 12 to stop getting throtted...
