Mind you, I'm sure it is a sentiment echoed by ALL HSBC customers of late

I'm not sure how far they are set up to finance businesses.

The do interest free overdrafts for a start but im sure they operate much like any other bank with business loans and the such. Big plus for me is i got a debit card and can pay in at my local post office, dont need to go find a bank in the high street.

So - we mailed them and asked for compensation.

They replied with a figure about half what we asked for.

We've replied back with more data.
