We are getting thousands of auto-response e-mails from a customer (responding to the Actinic auto e-mail), basically contains:
Hello,
Thank you for your recent e-mail, however as you have sent this to my personal inbox that is not accessed when I am offline or out of office this could cause a delay in your request being handled.
As your request is important to us, please resend this email to public.sector.business@orange-ftgroup.com where our dedicated team will ensure you are kept updated as to progress and will confirm completion.
How do I make these stop, just fired of an e-mail to the one stated, but feel this may be something for their technical people??
