We've been using ClearAccept now for 4+ months and it is working well.
It is costing more than our previous SD Payments by Opayo with a merchant services account as we have a high number of small value transactions and those 20Ps + VAT soon add up.
I had to request some changes to bring ClearAccept into line with our previous merchant services account:

I had to request some changes to bring ClearAccept into line with our previous merchant services account:
- To invoice and charge for transaction fees monthly instead of per transaction - I believe this can be requested when an account is first set up
- To request an improvement in transaction clearance time from T+3 to T+1 next day bar weekends into our bank account
- It is not currently possible to make an adjustment that increases the value of an existing order without implementing a convoluted work around but we do not have a need to do this often and we can get round this if a customer wants to exchange for a higher priced product by asking them to place a new order for the higher price product and refunding the amount paid on the original order for the exchange product.
It is also possible to invoice customers with PayPal accounts by agreement simply and conveniently outside of ClearAccept
