If the software is installed onto a new machine and licenced as a 'Business Plus User', and attempts to connect to the main machine fail, then opening the software again results in it crashing to the desktop and sending crash reports, firstly check that the correct ports have been opened on any firewall including Window's built-in firewall, that the software has been set to 'Run as Administrator' and the permissions detailed here are correct.
If this is the case, then the most common reason for the problem is that MSXML4 has not installed or has been prevented from installing on the new machine.
The solution is to manually install this on the machine.
To do this, download 'msxml.msi' from: -
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/down....aspx?id=36292
and run the file either by clicking on the file in the download list of the browser or double clicking on the downloaded file.
Once the file has installed your SellerDeck software should open and connect correctly.
