To enable the Customer Feedback feature in SellerDeck you will need an account with Feefo, the independent customer feedback forum. As a SellerDeck user, you benefit from an exclusive and highly favourable rate - click here for details.
To set up your Feefo account, please call SellerDeck Sales on 0845 189 1859.
You will be asked to provide your ‘Product Link’. This is the URL that will link from product feedback on the Feefo site to the corresponding product in your store. To obtain this, simply click the ‘Copy to Clipboard’ button under ‘Product Link’ in the Customer Feedback Configuration dialog, then paste into an email and send as directed when you place your order
You will also need to provide a logo of your own, for inclusion in your feedback page on the Feefo site. This should be a GIF or JPEG image no larger than 180x180 pixels
Feefo provides a number of alternative logos that can be used for displaying product and site feedback scores. To see the full range available and how to change them, please go here.

Enhanced Functions
Feedback content can be displayed with or without using Enhanced Functions
- With Enhanced Functions enabled, content is inserted into the pages on upload. Upload may take slightly longer, and reviews are not updated on the web site as they are received. But pages will load faster; and reviews are readable by search engines and can become a positive ranking factor for your web site.
- With Enhanced Functions disabled, the content of the reviews is inserted into pages online and in real time. Upload may be slightly quicker and reviews are updated on the web site as they come in. However, pages will load more slowly and the review content will not benefit your search engine rankings.
