Snapshot has no database

Client sent me a support snapshot (.acds) from his v18.1.2 Sellerdeck site for design changes.

I made a new default site in the client's website name and imported the snapshot but the default site did not get overwritten. The site folder contained many files that were obviously belonging to the client's site.

I unzipped the .acds snapshot with 7 Zip (https://www.7-zip.org/) and once extracted it was apparent that the database 'ActinicCatalog.mdb' was missing.

I redownloaded the snapsot and extracted again and still no database.

I have not encountered ths before.

Under what cicumstances would the Actinic Database be excluded from the site snapshot?

What can I advise the client so this does not happan again?

OK so my bad but I will leave this here in case anyone ever searches for the same.

Client omitted to mention that the site was built in Enterprise . I have Enterprise on a separate machine so was able to open.

This has actually been reported as a bug, ref. SD-7609. The software ought to warn you if you try to import an Access snapshot into a SQL site or vice versa. It also causes us problems in Support from time to time, so I hope we can fix it at some point. But it tends to get trumped in the order of priorities by more serious and more obvious issues
