    Multiple issues after not taking orders for 11 months

    I've spent the last two days trying to figure out what is going on here but I am getting nowhere. I'm on 18.0.6 VBHA and paused my website in May 2024 to work on other projects. I resumed my website a couple of days ago and even though I am receiving orders I am having a number of issues, none of which were present when I took my last order 11 months ago.

    I've listed the 5 issues below and wondered if anyone recognises anything they could possibly give me some pointers on please?

    Issue 1 - Opayo payment method doesn't work

    Whilst my website was paused, I continued to pay my payment provider fees even though I wasn't processing any orders. I have checked with Opayo and they say all is fine at their end. Selecting Opayo on my website brings up the following error message:-

    I have referred to this thread and this thread but neither of them have helped unfortunately.

    From my error.err log file:-

    Code:
    Program = ORDERSCR , Program version = 52476 , HTTP Server = Apache , Process ID = 3665513, Date and Time = 2025/04/27 11:17 GMT, Sage Pay connection failed: () Read error
    Program = ORDERSCR , Program version = 52476 , HTTP Server = Apache , Process ID = 3665513, Date and Time = 2025/04/27 11:17 GMT, GETPSPFORM CallOCCPlugIn Error:
    Error contacting Sage Pay, please try again or select another payment method

    I know that Opayo changed their URLs (discussed in this thread) however I had already made the required change to the following file in December 2023 after receiving an email from Opayo, so it was all working fine with the new URLs between December 2023 and May 2024:-

    OCCSagePay.pl:-

    Lines 67-74 of this file read as follows (there's a copy of this file in both the site folder and also the C:\Program Files (x86)\SellerDeck\Sellerdeck v18\OCCUpgrade\CommonOCC\ folder:-
    Code:
     if ($bTestMode)
    {
    $::PSP_HOST = "sandbox.opayo.eu.elavon.com";
    }
    else
    {
    $::PSP_HOST = "live.opayo.eu.elavon.com";
    }

    OCCUpgrade.ini:-

    Lines 131-154 of this file read as follows:-
    Code:
    [OCCProvider:22]
    ID=22
    ProviderName='Opayo (Sage Pay)'

    MaxURLLength=-1

    AvailableOnline=1
    AccountRegistrationURL='http://www.sellerdeck.co.uk/psp/sagepay/index.htm'

    Issue 2 - Customers are not returned to my website after paying

    Here's the PayPal confirmation page:-
    Click image for larger version Name:	Paypal on-screen acknowledgement.JPG Views:	0 Size:	22.1 KB ID:	557892

    The URL provided in the 'click here' link above (full URL shown below) still results in the General Script Error also shown below:-

    https://www.paypal.com/webapps/herme...ocale.x=en_GB#

    After the above-mentioned 5 seconds, the customer is redirected to the page below:-

    I have checked in PayPal and the auto return address is correctly set:-

    Issue 3 - Paid orders are sitting in PSP-Pending folder

    From my error.err log - not sure if this is relevant information but am including it just in case:-

    Program = ORDERSCR , Program version = 52476 , HTTP Server = Apache , Process ID = 3365930, Date and Time = 2025/04/26 14:58 GMT+1, Error executing the on-line credit card plug-in script.
    Program = ORDERSCR , Program version = 52476 , HTTP Server = Apache , Process ID = 3365930, Date and Time = 2025/04/26 14:58 GMT+1, Call Stack: -
    at os000001.pl line 904.
    main::ProcessInput() called at os000001.pl line 116

    Issue 4 - Customers are not receiving an order acknowledgement via email

    They only receive a payment confirmation email from PayPal - they don't receive a copy of their order from my website.

    Issue 5 - I don't receive copy receipts via email

    Even though I have the relevant box ticked:-

    Sage Pay I think is dead. You need to sign up to Clear Accept.

      Thank you for your reply, Rookers. Really? When did that happen? So nobody uses Opayo by Elavon any more?

      Even with Opayo disabled, thankfully I can still offer PayPal but I'm still having issues 1-4. Can anybody help with any of those please? I'm wondering whether uninstalling/reinstalling Sellerdeck might help, but I'm deadly worried about running into further issues if I do that.

        Rookers has jogged my memory... we updated from 18.0.6 because
        #1 : Sellerdeck Payments (NMI/CreditCall) being replaced with SellerdeckPay (ClearAccept)
        #2 : Paypal Express no longer supported

        We had to upgrade (from 18.0.6 to 18.2.2) as both payment options were being removed

        I'm sure Sellerdeck sent an email on them, searching I found this :
        https://community.sellerdeck.com/for...merce-platform

        searching for this link, I notice... over 1000 support messages since we updated... the reason why we are still on 18.2.2 = I just hate the amount of work involved updating Sellerdeck and the possible problems thereafter
        - SellerdeckPay still doesn't work 100%, I still have a ticket not resolved on it (customer unable to pay)... the original Sellerdeck Payments was solid, no problems and I expected SellerdeckPay to be built on what was solid and working... nope. It's another thing in Sellerdeck that partially works that requires human intervention or workarounds - something we can no longer afford (eg. minimum wage now vs 5-10 years ago)
        - next platform... we will need it working 100%, to being working in the background, the most human input would be a few barcode scans = order received, processed and sent (emails sent automatically, eg. with the appropriate template based on the shipping service etc...)

        Note : when we finally upgraded from v18.0.6 to v18.2.2 on 21/05/23

        this happened with Google Ads

        Click image for larger version Name:	2025-04-30_10-03-46 - May2023.png Views:	0 Size:	61.8 KB ID:	557901
        All our time (a long long time = probably over a year) was spent trying to resolve the Sellerdeck problems,
        so the Google Ads was unnoticed (we did notice a drop in sales but we were surviving)

        Sellerdeck Support never found what caused this and never gave a solution... but with the help from Google Ads & Microsoft Co-Pilot, we got it working.

          Found this:
          https://community.sellerdeck.com/for...901#post552901

          All PayPal integrations will be available in v18.0.5 and v16.0.7.

          v18.0.6 should have the Paypal Commerce Platform = which works?
