I recently upgraded to V11 and am finding it very frustrating that the order of the products in the Line Items tab changes itself.
We always put the products through our till in the order in which they're on the packing list so that we can easily double-check to see where the prices are different if it doesn't add up to the right amount on the till.
The order arrives (with the products listed as they were ordered by the customer) and I print the packing list, then, when I open it, the order of the items changes to alphabetical and there doesn't seem to be a way of going back to the original order of the items.
This didn't happen in V7.
Does anyone know how to stop it from happening?
