Tickle - could you go to 'Web Page Outer Layout > Receipt Page Layout' in the library and restore the layout back to factory settings. This seems to help people get the ecommerce data up and running with Google Analytics.

You next need to set up a 'Receipt' goal in Google Analytics which will show you how many people shopping at your site actually completed their order.
1. Back on the main Google Analytics screen, click 'Edit' next to your profile name you want to use for the Actinic site.
2. Select one of your four goal slots under 'Conversion Goals and Funnel' and click 'Edit'.
3. Under 'Match Type' select 'Head Match'.
4. In the 'Goal URL' field, enter '/receipt.html'.
5. In the 'Goal name' field, enter 'Receipt'
6. Make sure 'Active Goal' is 'On' and 'Goal value Change the primary domain' is '0'.
