    not receiving payment confirmations

    Hi there

    I have very strange and big problem.

    Out server with our website (actinic7)crashed and we had to restore to a new one.

    Since then we have problems with payments. They are being taken by PayPal and SagePay but then there is no notification sent to the website (no payment file is create)

    - PayPal
    -- Payment is taken and then we are transferred back to the website with order confirmation screen and everything seems fine.

    - SagePay
    -- Payment is taken but then as we should be send back to the websites order confirmation page the only page we see is sagepay page informing that payment was taken

    Any advice is appreciated.

    All scripts should be working fine. I think.

    regards
    Milos

    Paypal might be the same problem you had before here:

    Hard to say for the other one. What's your website url?

      Hi Mike

      thanks for getting back to me.

      I've already changed the PayPal script as it was pointing to port80 and it seems the same. There is no paypal payment yet. I tried to place few orders.
      No .occ file (which I believe is the payment file). And I'm really strugling.

      Regarding the SagePay, please see attached screenshot.

      our webaddress is www.worldofenvelopes.com.

      There is something new that started appearing in the error.err file
      execute: Modification of non-creatable array value attempted, subscript -15 at sc000001.pm line 616
      I'm not sure if this is related to my issue or not but I rather mention it.

          Have you also made this change to actinic.pm to cope with the discontinued support for http 1.0?

            Our server with our website (actinic7) crashed and we had to restore to a new one.
            The error message you give is the same one that appeared with the previous problems when the ssl modules weren't on the server.

            If it's a new server then make sure it has the required ssl modules installed as defined here in the knowledge base: http://community.sellerdeck.com/showthread.php?p=308460

                Hi Mike

                I'm just checking the files and modules.

                I've discovered that the website is throwing error 502 on PayPal IPN.
                So trying to see what and why

                Thanks

                  I'm confused. It looks like there is problem with the perl modules.
                  http://worldofenvelopes.com/cgi-bin/list.pl says that required modules are installed.

                  But Actinic Website Analysis says that 3 important modules are not installed.

                  Digest::MD5 2.53
                  ActinicEncrypt1024 Not installed
                  Exporter 5.68
                  File::Temp 0.2304
                  LWP::UserAgent 6.05
                  Crypt::SSLeay Not installed
                  CGI 3.64
                  CGI::Carp 3.64
                  Archive::Zip 1.36
                  Net::SSL Not installed

                  I did check our server and I'm sure everything is installed as it should be. So I'm stuck.

                  ---
                  I made the changes to the PayPal file as suggested (to version 1.1) as well.

                    PayPal is now working :-)

                    I feel very happy now as PayPal started working without issues.

                    Not only this bloody SagePay.
                    I've no idea what to do with them.
                    I'm sure I'm working with correct URL's as all payments are being taken. but then I'm not redirected back to the payment confirmation page.

                    SagePay is saying that they have no logs to help me with error type they are receiving back from our site

                    :-(
